With deep sorrow we bid farewell to Hans Geuder, who passed away at the age of 87.
As the grandson of company founder Hermann Geuder, Hans Geuder shaped the fortunes of our company for many decades. With his tireless dedication, his entrepreneurial vision and his deep connection to ophthalmology, he led Geuder AG to national and international significance.
His life's work is inseparably linked to the development of innovative ophthalmic surgical instruments. Numerous products used in eye surgery worldwide today go back to his initiative and pioneering spirit.
In Hans Geuder we lose an outstanding personality whose legacy will live on in our company. Our deepest sympathy goes to his family.
