From the OR

From those who have already tested it.⁵

What impressed me most was the anterior chamber stability. It's practically impossible to throw the device and pressure stability off balance. That's a truly outstanding feature of the VIVOS devices.

Prof. Dr. med. Lars-Olof Hattenbach

Director, Eye Clinic at Klinikum Ludwigshafen

VIVOS has completely convinced me. I felt comfortable with the usability from the very first second. The anterior chamber stability is excellent!

Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Ach, MSc

Deputy Clinic Director and Senior Consultant, University Eye Clinic Bonn

The anterior chamber remained stable, even at 700 mmHg – that's very important. In terms of fluidics and anterior chamber stability, the system is very predictable and easy to handle.

PD Dr. med. Hyeck-Soo Son

Senior Consultant & Head of Refractive Surgery, University Eye Clinic Heidelberg¹

What excites me is that VIVOS applies modular technologies for different surgical settings. Also its very good anterior chamber stability and the machine's compact handling.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Kohnen

Director, University Eye Clinic Frankfurt am Main

The VIVOS ECOSYSTEM

The VIVOS Ecosystem combines high-quality GEUDER components into one cohesive solution for eye surgery – precise, reliable, and consistently aligned with the surgical workflow.

Phaco

Choose between the 42 kHz or the new, lighter 53 kHz ultrasound handpiece for even more efficient removal of the hardest cataracts with reduced heat generation. Also in the portfolio: highly efficient phaco tips as well as irrigation/aspiration handpieces – reusable or sterile.

Tamponades

With integrated compressor technology, VIVOS supports air and oil injection directly from the system. An external compressed air supply is not required – for more flexibility in the OR, less dependence on infrastructure, and easier integration into existing workflows.

Vitrectomy

VIVOS device systems are compatible with UNO Colorline vitrectors, light guides, and trocars. The open port of the vitrectors, combined with matching trocars, maintains continuous aspiration — with maximum duty cycle and stable flow. For clean and efficient vitrectomy at up to 24,000 cpm.

Laser & Light

Precise endocoagulation and endoillumination with matching laser probes and light guides – finely tuned for the posterior segment and fully integrated with VIVOS NOVA+.

Cassette

Other systems require regular cassette changes. VIVOS offers a choice: a multi-patient cassette for the entire OR day, reducing changeover effort and saving time, or a single-use cassette for individual procedures.
